  1. Itinerary & prices are subject to changes without prior notice and accuracy at the time of printing.
  2. EASY TRAVEL & TOURS Pte ltd reserves the right to cancel any Umrah group if it does not meet the requirement of 15 people (for Economy groups).
  3. Payment: Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, PayNow and Cash.
  4. Deposit: A deposit of 30% must be made upon registration. Balance payment will be made 30 days before date of departure. In case tour within 30 days then full payment need to done upon registration.
  5. Cancellation: Administration fee of 10% of package price shall be charged for all cancellation. Penalty fee of 60% from package price shall be imposed for all cancellation less than one month from the date of departure. No refunds shall be made for all cancellation less than two weeks from date of departure.
  6. No refunds for unutilised services such as city tour, transportation, meals etc.
  7. EASY TRAVEL & TOURS Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any accidents/incidents including losses/lateness for departure/natural disasters including floods, fire, riots, war, storms, typhoons, earthquakes or any other tragedies encountered during/throughout the journey to and from which involves bodily harm/damage of properties.
  8. Pilgrims are not allowed to take any legal actions under any circumstances for any claims, damages, losses, injuries or whatsoever towards EASY TRAVEL & TOURS including; – From any matters that may arise or – From the cause of the said accidents/incidents in any respect whatsoever.
  9. EASY TRAVEL & TOURS Pte ltd reserves the right to change, amend, insert or delete any of the Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice to pilgrims.
